Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up

50% charge for cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour

When you book a tour, that spot is reserved exclusively for you. We sometimes have to turn away other guests when fully booked, so timely cancellations help everyone.

Of course, we always try to be understanding if someone falls ill unexpectedly. All we ask is clear communication and common sense — nothing more.
